Job Summary
Monitor club cleanliness, conduct regular audits, and perform walkarounds to ensure the facility meets Excel standards. Audit and balance cash drawers daily, update member information in tablets and point-of-sale systems, and stock retail and janitorial items. Communicate with members to address infractions, promote memberships, and assist with equipment use and amenities. Resolve day-to-day member issues, represent the company at community events, and participate in team meetings. Ensure compliance with state and federal laws while maintaining a safe environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CPR Certification
- AED Certification
- Comfortable standing for long periods of time
- Great communication skills with internal and external customers
- Team-oriented
- Motivated
- Well-organized
- Ability to think critically and evaluate solutions to problems proactively
- Proficient ability in Microsoft Office and using a computer
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Familiar with Excel's mission, values, vision, and culture
- Familiar with the Planet Fitness brand and operational requirements
- Must frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally lift and move objects up to 75 pounds
