Job Summary
Monitor club cleanliness, atmosphere, and inventory during Sunday through Thursday overnight shifts. Conduct regular audits of cash drawers, club presentation, and member information accuracy while balancing drawers and updating point-of-sale systems. Operate equipment, manage retail and janitorial stock, and address member infractions or day-to-day issues to ensure a safe environment. Communicate with members, prospects, and team leads to promote memberships and resolve operational concerns. Adhere to all company policies, state laws, and safety certifications.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CPR Certification
- AED Certification
- Comfortable standing for long periods of time
- Great communication skills with internal and external customers
- Team-oriented
- Motivated
- Well-organized
- Ability to think critically and evaluate solutions to problems proactively
- Proficient ability in Microsoft Office and using a computer
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Familiar with Excel's mission, values, vision, and culture
- Familiar with the Planet Fitness brand and operational requirements
- Must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to occasionally lift and move objects up to 75 pounds
