Job Summary
Monitor and maintain club cleanliness and atmosphere while conducting regular audits to ensure presentability. Audit and balance cash drawers daily, properly inputting member information into tablets and point of sale systems. Operate equipment for members and assist with retail stock, ensuring adherence to company policies and state/federal laws. Communicate with members to address infractions and promote membership, while participating in team meetings and community outreach. Stay proficient in the mobile app and complete required certifications, including CPR/AED, before working alone.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CPR Certification
- AED Certification
- Comfortable standing for long periods of time
- Great communication skills with internal and external customers
- Team-oriented
- Motivated
- Well-organized
- Ability to think critically and evaluate solutions to problems proactively
- Proficient ability in Microsoft Office and using a computer
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Familiar with Excel's mission, values, vision, and culture
- Familiar with the Planet Fitness brand and operational requirements
- Must frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally lift and move objects up to 75 pounds
