Job Summary
The Member Services Representative at the front desk is responsible for monitoring club cleanliness, maintaining an engaging atmosphere, and ensuring compliance with company policy. Duties include auditing cash drawers, updating member information, and assisting with club promotions. This role requires effective communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information. Position demands physical activity, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 75 pounds. Candidates must have the willingness to complete CPR/AED training within 30 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- CPR Certification and AED Certification are required before working alone.
