Job Summary
Member Services Rep (Front Desk) expected to support daily club operations, provide high-level member service, conduct cash handling and POS transactions, maintain cleanliness and atmosphere, perform regular audits, train on Planet Fitness app usage, manage inventories, assist with membership promotions and community events, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. Duties include inputting member data, balancing cash drawers, assisting with equipment and amenities, responding to member issues, participating in meetings, and collaborating with leadership to implement operational strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- CPR Certification and AED Certification are required before working alone
- Comfortable standing for long periods
- Great communication skills
- Team-oriented, motivated, and well-organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and using a computer
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Familiar with Excel’s mission, values, and culture
