Job Summary
The Member Services Representative at Planet Fitness is responsible for conducting regular audits, maintaining club cleanliness, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and providing excellent member service. Key tasks include managing cash drawers, updating member information, and assisting with club promotions and inventory audits. The role requires communication with members and adherence to company policies as well as participation in team meetings. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and complete CPR/AED training within 30 days of employment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- CPR Certification and AED Certification are required before working alone
- Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time
- Must have the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
