Job Summary
As a Member Services Rep at the Front Desk, you will ensure club cleanliness and upkeep, manage member relations, and conduct audits to meet company standards. Responsibilities include maintaining the facility's atmosphere, updating member information, conducting inventory audits, securing the environment, and assisting with equipment usage. To be successful, candidates should possess great communication skills, be proficient in computer applications, and complete CPR/AED training within the first month of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- CPR Certification and AED Certification are required before working alone
- Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time
- Must have the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

- Great communication skills with internal and external customers
- Team-oriented, motivated, and well-organized
- Ability to think critically and evaluate solutions to problems proactively
- Proficient ability in Microsoft Office and using a computer
