Job Summary
As a Member Services Representative, you'll be responsible for maintaining club cleanliness, ensuring adherence to company policies, and providing excellent customer service. Duties include monitoring the fitness environment, conducting audits, managing inventory, and assisting with member onboarding and promotional activities. You must demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries proactively. A focus on team collaboration, logistical organization, and familiarity with Planet Fitness operations is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Team member will become CPR and AED Certified, if not already
- Comfortable standing for long periods of time
- Great communication skills with internal and external customers
- Team-oriented, motivated, and well-organized
- Ability to think critically and evaluate solutions to problems proactively
- Proficient ability in Microsoft Office and using a computer
- Familiar with Excel’s mission, values, vision, and culture, as well as the Planet Fitness brand and operational requirements
