Greet members, prospective members, and guests while handling front desk activities such as answering phones, checking members in, facilitating new member sign-ups, and conducting facility tours. Address inquiries and concerns professionally, elevate issues to management as needed, and maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the club by sanitizing restrooms, locker rooms, and equipment. Report broken amenities, manage the lost and found policy, and document non-emergencies in the Communication Log on Microsoft Teams. Work independently during AM, PM, or Overnight shifts, often alone, requiring self-reliance and situational awareness to uphold Planet Fitness standards.
