Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while handling front desk activities such as answering phones, checking members in, and conducting facility tours. Resolve member inquiries and concerns, maintain club cleanliness by sanitizing restrooms and equipment, and stock locker rooms. Report broken amenities to management and follow the Lost and Found Policy. Work independently during AM, PM, or Overnight shifts, often alone, requiring self-reliance and proactive problem-solving. This role supports Planet Fitness's mission to deliver exceptional customer service across all member interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 16 years of age
- Ability to lift, pull, push a minimum of 25lbs
- Upbeat and positive attitude
- Punctuality and reliability
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve
- Basic computer proficiency
- Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language
- Satisfactory background check
- Ability to work alone and independently
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work AM, PM, or Overnight shifts
