Job Summary
Planet Fitness Member Services Representative responsible for greeting members and guests, delivering exceptional customer service, conducting front-desk activities (check-in, new member sign-up, answering questions), giving facility tours, updating member accounts, maintaining cleanliness and safety, stocking supplies, and reporting issues; role includes independent work during AM/PM/Overnight shifts, strong problem-solving, situational awareness, and adherence to company standards; requires positive attitude, reliability, ability to work alone, basic computer skills, and willingness to operate in a fast-paced gym environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- Must be able to Lift, pull, push a minimum of 25lbs
- Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers
- Basic computer proficiency
- Satisfactory background check
- Overnight, Additional Qualification(s): Must be 18 years of age or older; Must be able to work alone and independently
