Job Summary
Member Services Officer 3 – Relationship Specialist at a Credit Union responsible for researching and addressing members’ financial needs, cross-selling loan/deposit products, processing loan-related transactions, reviewing credit reports, and providing high-touch member support by phone, email, or in person. Requires knowledge of credit union products (GAP, MBI, Debt Cancellation), proficiency with MS Office, and ability to travel for training/meetings. Strong emphasis on cross-selling and delivering solutions through a variety of channels; role may involve coaching other branch staff and handling complex member inquiries. Education and sales experience in financial services preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of progressive sales and cross-selling experience in a financial or retail environment
