Oversee the daily operations of the Member Services department, including hiring, training, and supervising staff; manage scheduling, inventories, and vendor relationships; coordinate booking of spa appointments, events, and member communications; ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to club policies; collaborate with other acac sites to share best practices and implement universal protocols; maintain department budgets and contribute to continuous improvement and service excellence.
