Job Summary
Member Services Manager leading front-line teams across multiple locations at The District Credit Union. Responsibilities include developing tellers, contact center and member service representatives; driving branch performance through deposit growth, loan production, and new member acquisition; supporting lending operations including consumer-loans underwriting within authority; ensuring regulatory compliance; monitoring audits and controls; fostering a service-focused culture; partnering with leadership on marketing, growth, and community engagement; conducting team meetings and performance evaluations to support staff success. Requires leadership experience in banking/credit unions, strong lending and deposit operations knowledge, regulatory compliance expertise, and excellent communication skills. Education: Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 2-5 years of leadership experience in a bank or credit union
- Strong knowledge of consumer lending and deposit operations
- Solid understanding of regulatory compliance (Regs B, D, E, Z, CC, DD)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
- Experience with underwriting consumer loans within authority
