Job Summary
The MEMBER SERVICES LEAD at Crunch is responsible for greeting and checking in members, answering phones, setting up new memberships, selling personal training and retail, conducting guest tours, performing outreach, and assisting with the club’s daily maintenance. Candidates should have prior sales experience and be comfortable working in a cooperative, interactive gym environment, with a preference for those with fitness industry experience. A flexible work schedule is preferred.
