Job Summary
The Host(ess) greets guests and facilitates the guest experience in a fine-dining atmosphere by welcoming them professionally, handling telephone inquiries, seating guests, taking drink orders, managing reservations, and assisting with member sign-ups. Responsibilities include entering new guest membership information, monitoring dining room flow to balance seating, ensuring guest satisfaction, and communicating with management about any issues. Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends/holidays, and have basic English skills; required certifications include TABC and Food Handler’s Certification; prior server experience is preferred. The role emphasizes hospitality, culture, and exemplary guest service within a Dallas, TX venue.
Required Qualifications

- Must be 18 years or older
- TABC Certified
