Job Summary
Join John Newcombe Country Club as a Full-Time Member Services Staff member, ideal for candidates with a hospitality or customer service background. Responsibilities include checking in members and guests, booking appointments, and maintaining positive relations. Ability to manage inventory, serve food and beverages, and handle customer inquiries essential. Education includes a high school diploma or equivalent with prior customer service experience required. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous point of sale experience
- TABC certified or able to obtain TABC certification upon hire
- Food Handlers license
Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience preferred
- Computer proficiency including POS, Microsoft Office applications, social media, and other tennis-related programs
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to work the specified shift from 6am-2pm Monday to Friday
