Member Services Enrollment Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate enrollment education and assistance for Medicaid, CHIP, and Health Insurance Marketplace; travel within service area to meet clients and liaise with State programs; educate and assist with eligibility reviews, annual renewals, and enrollment across programs; train clinic staff on data entry into EHR and insurance data sequencing; conduct weekly audits of PRC health center registrations and eligibility; maintain privacy and provide advocacy for Tribal Members; respond to inquiries, maintain timely follow-ups, and prepare weekly progress reports with enrollment statistics; must be able to travel weekly and work with diverse populations; strong knowledge of Medicaid/CHIP/Marketplace enrollment processes and health insurance terms; excellent communication and organizational skills; able to work independently with high autonomy and adapt to tight deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, equivalent GED or higher required
- One (1) year experience in working in a health-related field required
- Preferred one (1) year experience with insurance enrollment including Medicaid, CHIP, Marketplace
- Must possess, maintain, and provide proof of a valid Driver License required
- Must obtain, maintain, and provide proof of a valid Certified Application Counselor Training certification within one (1) month of hire date required
