Member Services & Database Coordinator

Member Services & Database Coordinator position supporting KNKX’s Sustainer fundraising by managing donor relations and gift processing. Responsible for recording gifts in the donor management CRM (Raiser’s Edge NXT), issuing gift acknowledgment receipts, updating donor records, monitoring online gifts and Sustainer account activity, and providing excellent donor stewardship. Acts as primary contact for donor/member inquiries in coordination with the call center, performs proactive outreach for Sustainer retention, maintains database records (names/addresses, account suppressions, payment schedules, notes), provides support with premiums and member fulfillment, assists with pledge drive data input, and collaborates with the Development team to ensure accurate and timely processing of donations. Requires strong customer service, confidentiality, data accuracy, and ability to work independently and in a team, with flexibility to travel to two office locations as needed. Working from home is appropriate up to 2-3 days a week; Tacoma-based role with potential Seattle travel; occasional weekend/evening hours as station needs demand.
