Job Summary
Member Services Consultant at Don Mills (12-Month FT Contract): provide exceptional experiences to Members by selling Memberships and merchandise, making car rental reservations, taking passport photos, issuing International Driving Permits, and educating on Travel Insurance options. Must have 2-3 years of customer service and sales experience in retail, hold or pursue TICO certification, and be able to work flexible store hours. Strong written and oral communication skills; post-secondary travel/tourism education is a strong asset.
