Job Summary
Monitor the Member Services Desk and provide consistent quality service while accurately conveying information regarding all club operations and policies. Handle intermittent heavy phone calls and assist members with inquiries across multiple departments. Support various club areas including Café, Recovery + Spa reception, Housekeeping, Sports, and Facilities as needed. Maintain a can-do spirit to help wherever required within the fast-paced resort environment.

- Previous customer service experience
