Monitor the Member Services Desk and provide consistent quality service while accurately addressing inquiries regarding club policies and procedures. Handle intermittent heavy phone volumes and serve in multiple roles across the café, recovery spa, housekeeping, sports, and facilities departments as needed. Maintain an organized approach to managing various duties simultaneously while ensuring five-star customer service standards. Minimum age of 16; salary ranges from $16.90 to $18.60.
