Job Summary
Member Services Associate to join our Melbourne CBD team, delivering exceptional customer service and support to members; responsibilities include greeting members and guests, answering phones and messages, managing meeting room bookings and event catering, general administration and office support, building member relationships, assisting with office setup, and basic onsite IT tasks; candidate should have client-facing experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; role is based in-person at Melbourne CBD, Victoria, AU; benefits include additional leave on anniversary, EAP access, discounts, education support, and modern CBD workspace.
