Job Summary
Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy. Assist members with general account questions, order placement, and basic troubleshooting while educating them on products, loyalty programs, and policies. Document all interactions clearly in internal systems and escalate complex issues to supervisors. Maintain high-quality customer service by demonstrating commitment to company values and tolerating the scent of essential oils. This entry-level role requires physical presence in a professional office environment with a standard 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule, Monday through Friday, including occasional evening, weekend, and convention event work. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and possess basic to intermediate typing skills of at least 35 WPM.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Physically present at the assigned worksite
- Basic to intermediate typing skills (minimum 35 WPM)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn internal systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Follow established protocols
- Dependable with a strong attention to detail
- Physically able to tolerate the scent of essential oils worn or diffused
- Close vision and the ability to adjust focus
- Occasional evening and weekend work availability
- At least one non-convention farm event participation per year
- Annual company convention participation
Desired Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center environment
