Job Summary
Member Services Agent responsible for delivering effective customer service to internal and external customers by leveraging knowledge of company products and HIPAA-compliant processes. Handle Rx claims processing information, maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions, follow up on issues, refer complex cases to appropriate departments, review employer-group insurance terms, respond to inquiries, and ensure PHI privacy per HIPAA requirements. Demonstrates strong communication, data-entry, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills; works with team to resolve complaints and improve service quality. Role includes remote work options and limited travel for training in Natchitoches, LA; standard hours vary by shift with on-call responsibilities. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and customer service experience; emphasizes HIPAA training and compliance.
