Job Summary
Provide member and guest services at the club entrances/exits with a friendly, discreet, and professional approach. Greet members and guests, assist with class information and scheduling, look up member information, and process guest services and fees. Maintain inventory and ensure front desk supplies are stocked, answer phones with upbeat service, and uphold The Houstonian’s luxury standards. Responsibilities as assigned by supervisor include supporting the Member Services Department and campus operations, while delivering personalized, high-quality service and maintaining security and discretion.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- office/clerical support experience
- previous customer service experience preferred
- excellent verbal and written skills
- ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills
- ability to think quickly on feet in sensitive situations
