Job Summary
Provide courteous, high-quality member and guest service at the club entrance/exit and front desk, including greeting, guiding guests, providing basic club information after training, assisting with class information and scheduling, maintaining inventory and stocked front-desk tools, and handling guest fees and services with professionalism in a luxury hospitality environment. Role emphasizes discretion, strong verbal and written communication, multi-tasking, and proactive service to exceed members’ expectations. Requires basic computer skills and ability to stand for extended periods; training will cover club knowledge and ongoing education.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to multi-task and maintain organizational skills
- Able to think quickly on feet for sensitive situations
- Observe and act with professionalism and integrity
- Professional appearance
- Able to stand for long periods
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Experience with basic computer lookup and POS/guest services systems
