Job Summary
Accept deposits, drafts, and mail-in payments; verify cash, endorsements, and receipts while issuing receipts and balancing the daily cash drawer. Assist members with opening and closing accounts, processing address changes, stop payments, and loan applications. Answer member service calls to resolve inquiries, process transactions, and sell services, while addressing online/mobile banking questions. Rotate between branches across the region as needed, including Brentwood, Franklin, Nashville, LaVergne, and Bowling Green. Maintain membership files and support branch operations and the call center.
Required Qualifications
- One month to twelve months of similar or related experience
- A high school education or GED
- Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy
- Able to operate a 10-key calculator, typewriter, and computer keyboard
- Must be available to work in any branch in the region as needed
- Must be available for changes of location/branch within a workday
- Must be available for floating to Brentwood, TN; Franklin, TN; Goodlettsville, TN; Nashville, TN (JRP and Briley Parkway); LaVergne, TN, and Bowling Green, KY
