Job Summary
Assist members with day-to-day transactions and guide them through loan applications while maintaining drawer balancing accuracy. Handle cash transactions with precision and resolve member challenges using strong problem-solving and communication skills. Travel between Allen Park, Woodhaven, and Taylor Branches locations as required. Work full-time onsite hours including rotating Saturday shifts from 8:45am to 1:15pm.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months plus of customer service
- Problem solving
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- High School Diploma
- Punctuality and regular onsite attendance
- Proficiency in cash handling
- Travel between the Allen Park Drive Thru, Woodhaven, and Taylor Branches
- Monday: 9:00am-6:15pm
- Tuesday: 9:00am-5:15pm
- Wednesday: 9:00am-5:15pm
- Thursday: 9:00am-5:30pm
- Friday: 9:00am-6:30pm
- Saturday: 8:45am-1:15pm
- Saturdays will be on a rotating schedule
