Member Service Specialist (Spanish Preferred) - Bannock County

Provide service to members for financial transactions and serve as a member-facing representative, creating a welcoming, professional, and service-focused experience. Perform a wide range of member-generated transactions through various channels and systems accurately, professionally, and in a timely manner while promoting and cross-selling Credit Union services. Utilize available resources to resolve member concerns on the first contact whenever possible and address member needs promptly and effectively. Maintain knowledge of and ability to balance teller cash drawer, vault, ATM, cash recycler, coin machine, money orders, cashier's checks, VISA cash advances, gift cards, debit and credit card stock, and daily deposits. Process member wire transfers, support business account and merchant transaction processing, and create member and business member debit cards. Adhere to assigned branch schedule, arrive prepared and on time for scheduled shifts, and maintain confidentiality of member and Credit Union information.
