Member Service Specialist

Provide outstanding member service by promoting and selling credit union products and services to members while maintaining and updating relevant technical skills. Responsibilities include processing deposits and account transactions (open/close savings, checking, IRA, Term Share), directing deposits/ACH origination, explaining products, identifying sales opportunities, supporting loan and deposit growth through campaigns, communicating account usage and balance information, handling safe deposit procedures, and processing loan applications and disclosures in accordance with policies. Requires decision-making within guidelines, sales orientation, teamwork, knowledge of products, and ability to train new staff. Knowledge of credit union product lines, rates, terms, and fees, plus reporting and filing duties, may apply. Job Type: Full-time.
