Job Summary
Member Service Specialist III at Point Breeze Credit Union (Part-Time, 50 hours over two weeks). Responsibilities include performing teller and new accounts duties, delivering sales and service excellence through cross-selling products (including debt protection on loans), opening complex accounts (trust, estate, guardianship, representative payee), guiding loan interviews and processing, handling payoff statements and loan inquiries, ensuring BSA/compliance, and traveling between Baltimore-area branches as needed. Requires high school diploma or GED and 1-3 years of related experience; emphasizes strong interpersonal and customer service skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
