Job Summary
Frontline, member-facing role providing consultative conversations and financial guidance; handles new accounts, loan applications and funding (consumer, credit cards, auto, home equity), loan processing and documentation, teller support, and branch maintenance with emphasis on sales and service to meet objectives; responsibilities include opening/maintaining accounts (savings, checking, CDs, retirement), assisting with online banking and digital transfers, providing exceptional customer service across channels, ensuring proper security and fraud controls, and supporting daily branch operations while promoting adoption of digital services; requires high school diploma or GED, 1-3 years lending experience, and NMLS; bilingual skills preferred.
