Job Summary
Conduct teller transactions efficiently and accurately while welcoming walk-in members with a professional greeting. Receive and pay out currency, balance cash drawers, and maintain precise records of all financial instruments. Operate equipment including coin sorters, ATMs, and night depositories while processing card orders and safe deposit box agreements. Perform clerical support tasks such as mail distribution and address changes. Effectively conduct needs-based interviews to cross-sell products and services. Requires high school diploma, one year customer service experience, and ability to work 33.5 hours per week at the Woodland Branch within Yolo County, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be located within 50 miles of Yolo County, CA or must be willing to relocate
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of one year experience in a customer service related role
