Job Summary
Member Service Representative at Mid American Credit Union provides friendly and efficient face-to-face service to members, developing ongoing relationships to make visits memorable. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Six months to two years of similar or related experience
- Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Outlook (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Customer service experience demonstrating communication, empathy, patience and organization
