Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while handling front desk activities such as answering phones, checking members into the system, conducting new member sign-ups, and taking tours. Facilitate account updates and respond to member questions or concerns, escalating issues to management as needed. Maintain club cleanliness and ensure a welcoming environment during shifts. This weekend-only role requires basic computer proficiency, a passion for fitness, and the ability to stand and walk continually. Planet Fitness is expanding its network with over 1,000 locations, offering a Judgement Free Zone® experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Punctuality and reliability
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50lbs
