Member Service Representative WEEKEND

Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while providing exceptional customer service and handling all front desk activities. Answer phones, check members into the system, process new member sign-ups, and take prospective members on tours. Facilitate account updates and respond to member questions or concerns, escalating issues to management as needed. Maintain club cleanliness and ensure a positive, professional atmosphere. This weekend-only position requires shifts between 7AM-1PM, 7AM-3PM, or 11AM-7PM. Planet Fitness is expanding its network of 1,000+ locations, and this franchise club seeks candidates with a passion for fitness to join the Judgement Free Zone.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Punctuality and reliability
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50lbs
- THIS POSITION IS WEEKENDS ONLT SHIFTS AVALIABALE ( 7AM-1PM , 7AM-3PM, 11AM-7PM)
