Job Summary
Provide member service as a full-time Member Service Representative/Teller at the Nolensville office. Duties include handling member transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, credit card payments, transfers, shared branching), balancing cash drawer, processing night drops, assisting members with safe deposit boxes, answering inquiries, and representing the credit union professionally. Learn to recognize member needs, identify potential fraud, and cross-sell products and services while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to security and compliance requirements. Flexible schedule with potential training in Evansville, IN and travel to other offices as needed; benefits include 401(k), insurance, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma or GED and at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel to other office locations when needed
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform some heavy lifting
- 1-2 years of cash handling experience
- Banking experience preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Previous financial institution experience is preferred.
