Member Service Representative/Teller

Conduct member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers with high accuracy while determining the acceptability of negotiable items and placing holds as needed. Identify potential fraud situations to protect members and the Credit Union, recognize member needs to recommend appropriate products, and balance the cash drawer daily. Answer telephone inquiries, assist with night drop processing, manage branch cash machines, and help members access safe deposit boxes. Greet members professionally, maintain strict confidentiality, and prepare daily work items for transfer. Complete all required compliance training and adhere to company policies.
