Member Service Representative - Tech Ridge (Full-Time)

Job Summary
Front Desk Hospitality duties at Fitness Connection’s Tech Ridge location: greet and assist members and guests with EPIC greetings/farewells, check-in/register guests, answer phones, route inquiries to the appropriate fitness consultant, and serve as the central communication hub. Responsibilities include promoting and selling drinks, snacks, supplements, and gear at the ProShop, achieving pro shop goals, stocking and organizing retail, maintaining the ProShop area, handling POS/money procedures, and supporting overall member experiences. Additional duties cover completing member/guest check-ins, addressing account inquiries, monitoring delinquent balances, maintaining tidy front desk and entry areas, and performing opening/closing and basic club-cleaning routines. Training through the EPIC program is required to understand membership systems, product knowledge, and personal training benefits. Required attributes include a High School Diploma/GED (preferred), hospitality/customer-service experience (preferred), strong verbal and written English communication, physical ability to perform duties (lifting up to 50 pounds, mobility around gym spaces), and the ability to follow instructions and work within club policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED preferred.
- Previous experience in Hospitality/Customer Service preferred.
- Must be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions and effectively communicate.
- Must be able to interpret business communications including personal training contracts and pricing packages.
- Teammate must have excellent verbal and written English language communication skills.
