Member Service Representative/Relationship Officer - Mill Plain

Proactively support the branch team with exceptional member service, including active lobby management, greeting members warmly by name, and fulfilling their current and future needs. Open new consumer and business accounts, process loans and deposits, and listen to identify cross-sell opportunities while referring clients to appropriate staff. Perform account and loan maintenance, submit necessary documentation, and conduct outbound calling to develop and retain lending and deposit relationships. Act as a liaison between members and off-site departments to resolve issues and complete required forms. Maintain the cash drawer within established guidelines and perform additional duties as required by branch management.
