Member Service Representative/Relationship Officer - Lake Oswego

Proactively support the branch team with exceptional member service, including active lobby management, greeting members warmly by name, and fulfilling their current and future needs. Open new consumer and business accounts, including Fiduciary, IRA, CD, checking, and loans, while focusing on retention and developing new relationships. Listen to identify and recommend solutions, process transactions, and maintain cash drawers within established guidelines. Conduct outbound calling to further develop or retain lending and deposit relationships, acting as a liaison to resolve issues and complete required documentation. Listens for cross-sell opportunities and refers members to appropriate staff. Perform any additional duties as required by the Branch Management Team for overall branch operations.
