Job Summary
Greet and inform prospective members in person and on the phone, providing informational tours of the facility and educating them on services offered. Qualify memberships by strictly adhering to RAC membership categories during daily interactions, while accurately communicating pricing and membership details. Complete the membership signing up process and assist with daily appointments, serving as the first impression of the Rochester Athletic Club. Maintain overall member satisfaction and ensure timely reporting for all scheduled shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate with and handle all new members from initial inquiry through the touring and joining process
- Ability to qualify memberships
- Strict adherence to the RAC memberships categories listed
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Ability to read and proficiently speak and communicate in English
- Ability to interpret various instructions
- Ability to deal with a variety of variables under only limited standardization
