Job Summary
Create a positive front desk environment for members checking in. Generate appointments through referrals, networking, and phone calls. Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours, and enroll them in memberships. Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems. Conduct daily facility walk-arounds to ensure cleanliness. Be knowledgeable of membership services and equipment to answer member questions and sell services during regular presentations. This role supports Crunch Fitness's expansion in the Michigan market as a part-time position offering shifts including 4-hour, 8-hour, evening, and morning options.
