Job Summary
Create a positive environment for members checking in at the front desk and generate appointments through referrals, networking, and phone calls. Conduct gym tours for all prospects, enroll them in memberships, and continuously sell membership services during regular presentations. Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems including TI logs, Club Activity, and Web Leads. Perform daily facility walk-arounds to ensure cleanliness. This role supports Crunch Fitness's rapid expansion in the Michigan market, offering growth opportunities for passionate team members dedicated to changing lives.
