Job Summary
Build positive relationships with feed customers and provide exceptional service by processing orders accurately and coordinating deliveries with manufacturing and transportation teams. Maintain customer accounts, assist with billing and inquiries, and communicate product updates while supporting sales efforts to grow business. Serve as the key point of contact for customers, employees, and vendors, assisting with inventory, reporting, and administrative activities. This role offers a chance to build relationships and make a difference for farming operations we serve daily.
