Job Summary
Provide exceptional member service at the Ludington branch by handling deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions in person, over the phone, or via email. Engage with members to educate them about products and services to help meet their financial goals; address and resolve member concerns promptly; collaborate with team members and other departments to support credit union operations; demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills to build positive relationships with members and staff.
Required Qualifications
- Prior cash handling and face to face customer service experience
- Strong communication skills verbally and written
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with members and staff
- A passion for providing excellent customer service
