Member Service Representative Part Time

Greet members, prospective members, and guests while answering phones and checking members into the system. Facilitate new member sign-ups, take tours, and handle front desk activities including account updates. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally, escalating issues to management as needed. Assist in maintaining club cleanliness. This part-time role supports Planet Fitness' mission to provide a welcoming, non-intimidating environment at this independently owned franchise location in Marana, AZ.
