Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members and guests, and provide exceptional customer service at the front desk. Responsibilities include answering phones, assisting callers, checking members into the system, handling new member sign-ups, giving tours to prospective members, updating member accounts, addressing member questions and concerns with timely professionalism, and helping maintain the club’s neatness and cleanliness. Requires a positive, upbeat attitude, strong listening and problem-solving skills, diplomacy in interactions, reliability, and the ability to communicate effectively with members and co-workers in a fitness-club environment.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service background preferred
- Basic computer proficiency
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
