Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while providing exceptional customer service. Answer phones, check members into the system, process new member sign-ups, and take prospective members on tours. Facilitate account updates, respond to member questions and concerns, and elevate issues to management as needed. Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club. This part-time role supports Planet Fitness' mission to provide a welcoming, non-intimidating environment at this independently owned franchise location.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Punctuality and reliability
